Hello. I’m Alexander Henderson.

I am a UK based Camera Operator and Cinematographer with over 10 years of industry experience. I specialise in corporate work, commercials and branded content. My previous projects include shooting international advertising campaigns, music videos, broadcast TV and award-winning shorts.

My career started in 2010 when I began producing and directing a number of live televised boxing events, I then studied TV & Film Production in 2015 before starting my own production company which grew to be one of the Top 3 Digital and Social media companies in Northumberland & Tyneside, here I worked with brands across Europe producing high-end creative content, commercials and music videos. From this, I learned valuable business skills, which have since enabled me to refocus my efforts into becoming a successful freelancer working with companies and directors across the UK and Europe.

I  have also worked on a number of award winning short films and I am always looking for opportunities to continue to hone my creative craft in film making. At present I am in the process of writing my own short film to begin production in 2025.

I have my own kit but I am equally comfortable shooting on a wide range of cameras including Arri, RED and Black Magic Systems.

Travel is one of my biggest passions and I’ve been lucky enough to combine this with filming assignments. I’m also a keen gamer and photographer.
